Immunisation Protocol

The following protocol is our standard method of immunisation. Please feel free to discuss with us any modifications you would like to propose.

Day 0 14 28 39 56 67 82 Injection 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Bleeding Pre-immun 2 ml 20 ml 50 ml

For this standard protocol, the average recommended antigen doses per injection
and per rabbit is 200 µg.

At the time of the 1st injection we will provide a schedule of immunisation with the exact dates of injections and bleedings.

The scheduled date for the final bleeding will appear on all documents. Complete bleeding is performed with customer’s tacit approval 14 days after the second bleeding.

At your request, if antibody titers or serum volume are insufficient, it is possible to continue with one immunisation every 28 days, and to send you the serum 10 days after each new boost.
